We had the pleasure of meeting the directors of Rare Design in London recently and seeing some of the processes and creative thinking they have applied to look at products and services. The UK pharmaceutical and pharmacy market has faced many challenges and Rare Design has taken some of these challenges on and produced measured results.

Looking at some of the thinking and processes that they used we hope that we can replicate some of this in Australia with Rare Design.
